His deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management has been instrumental in the success of Heavy-Duty Tire, which stands as a leader in the industry.
Brian’s philosophy is simple yet profound: “Every challenge is an opportunity to innovate. That’s the Heavy-Duty way.” This commitment to continuous improvement drives both his leadership and the company’s ongoing success.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University and an alumnus of The Gunnery, Ryan combines a strong educational foundation with hands-on business experience to deliver impactful results.

Cody’s journey began at Berkeley Tire in Everett, where he honed his skills in managing inventory, customer relationships, and sales strategies. His experience and knowledge in handling diverse tire solutions—ranging from industrial equipment to passenger vehicles—helped establish Heavy Duty Tire as a trusted name in the industry. “This isn’t just a job for me,” Cody says, “it’s about creating value and solving real problems for our customers.”
